A country House, family run, exceptional dining, luxury accommodation, pampering treatments and great golf – all of this within an hour from Dublin. Rathsallagh House is for us one of Ireland’s favourite country house hotels. Proprietors the O'Flynn family have generations of experience in running an establishment to such high standards that guests return again and again. We were delighted ourselves to visit again recently for a totally relaxing break and could not find fault with any aspect of our hotel experience. My daughter has earmarked Rathsallagh House as her dream Wedding Venue, and I would have to agree that it is an excellent choice. The approach to Rathsallagh House through the 18-hole golf course on hundreds of acres of mature grounds is seriously impressive. You know you are entering a special world here. There is so much to love at this wonderful country house that it is difficult to choose the highlights. But top of the list would be location, ambiance, facilities, charm, friendliness, food and comfort. The place was full the weekend we visited, and it is obvious that this house is a favourite with local diners, weekend breaks from Dublin, and foreign guests alike. |
