Location, location, location Exceptionally excellent food Great leisure activities on the doorstep We had heard about Mulranny Park Hotel from several sources before we visited. It was described to us as the top hotel in Westport renowned for great food, and indeed one of the best in the West of Ireland.  We have had quite an amount of feedback through this site about the hotel, and all of it has been very positive.  The time had come for the intrepid Hotel Reviews Ireland team to pay a visit in person, and this proved to be a most pleasant visit indeed. LOCATION OF MULRANNY PARK HOTEL   First of all the location is magic.  It was a beautiful bright afternoon when we arrived and the scenery quite took our breath away. There were people sitting out in the late summer sunshine enjoying food and drinks and the setting was serene. The vista is superb as the elevated site of the hotel provides panorama views over Clew Bay and Clare Island.  Mulranny is a wonderful area for walking and for discovering the great walking trails in this lovely corner of Mayo. A causeway built in 1900 joins the hotel to the blue-flag beach which is ideal for a leisurely stroll after dinner or even before breakfast. << Start < Prev 1 2 Next > End >>
